Non Reusable Plastic to Spain & Canary Islands
Effective 1st January 2023, the use of non-reusable plastic packaging for exports to Spain and Canary Islands must be declared by the exporter.
The net weight (kg) of non-reusable plastic packaging must be stated on the commercial invoice, packing list or any other related documentation.
Failure to provide accurate information will delay the customs clearance process.
