New arrangements under the Windsor Framework... Are you ready?

The implementation of the Windsor Framework is changing soon, this new legislation is effective for consignments manifested on or after 1st April 2025. Therefore, we urge all customers to prepare themselves and would like to emphasise the forthcoming changes.
New regulatory requirements
- MRN (from TSS System)
- LRN (from TSS System)
- CPC code (from TSS System)
- "at risk” or “not at risk” (At risk’ goods will be charged the applicable EU rate of duty. ‘Not at risk’ goods will be charged:
- no duty if entering Northern Ireland from free circulation in Great Britain
- UK duty if entering Northern Ireland from outside of both the EU and the UK
- UK duty if entering Northern Ireland from Great Britain and the good was not in free circulation in Great Britain
This information is essential, aligning with the new framework, it also helps us to facilitate the continued efficient processing of shipments to Northern Ireland via our network.
